COACHING & CONSULTATIONS

Coaching isn’t about providing workouts every week. It is about forming relationships, increasing accountability, adjusting to the athlete’s ever-changing lifestyle, and communicating on a continuous basis. Endurance coaching is the best way to transform yourself as an athlete.

Consultations are on a per-hour basis, where we talk about your training, and you can ask questions regarding any topic related to swim, bike, run, or nutrition.

Maybe your training has plateaued and you need a second opinion.

ABOUT COACH STEVE

Steve is a husband, father, dog owner, business owner, avid reader, and lover of Kenyan coffee. Steve has been a full-time endurance coach for over 10 years who loves working with every type of athlete.

Steve has coached the USA Triathlon Overall Female Age Group Champion at USA Triathlon Nationals, the Overall Female Age Group Champion at IRONMAN WISCONSIN, an ITU Age Group World Champion, Multiple IRONMAN and 70.3 World Championship qualifiers.
